Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic manager/assistant manager specializing in denim fabric chemicals for rope and slasher dyeing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in denim dyeing techniques, demonstrate a proven track record in customer engagement, and excel at driving product sales and adoption.

• Lead sales and technical service activities for denim fabric chemicals, focusing on rope and slasher dyeing processes.

• Conduct product trials, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical presentations and training to customers on product applications and advantages.

• Develop and execute strategies to promote the adoption of chemical solutions in denim manufacturing.

• Build and maintain relationships with denim mills, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Analyze and address customer requirements, preparing cost-effective proposals and costings.

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize products based on market feedback.

• Ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related complaints, maintaining high levels of customer trust and satisfaction.

• Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in denim dyeing to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to inform business strategies.
