Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Battery, Storage cell
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Must have experienced in sales & marketing sector specially in Battery & related products marketing.
• Adequate experience to manage job independently.
• Whose are interested to work as a team member.
• Has good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Good command over computer, e-mail, internet, report writing, MS office
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

• We need some energetic, proactive, Good Looking, confident & self-driven personnel who are really target oriented and having a dream to develop his career in sales & marketing sector.
• He must be dynamic in presentation to clients who are target of the company and will report directly to the management.
• Strong capacity to understand the products, set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets.
• Maintain market relationship with existing clients with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion the market of the relevant products.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.
• Have to maintaining all sales, credit, accounts and operation of a particular area.
• To take appropriate measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
• Follow up and resolve any dealer & corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments.
• Identify, research and develop new clients according to the sales forecasting.
• To ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the market potentialities, competitor behavior, and market trends on a regular basis and report to the management for the operational plan.
• Planning and Carryout the Promotional Activities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals achieve Sales Target.
• Responsible for implementing Sales Forecasts and Strategies.
• Also Responsible for Credit Monitoring & Collection.
• Willing to work under pressure also to travel extensively.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
