Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
- Preferred Professional Certification: MICROTIK, CCNA
- Training/Trade Course: CCNA, MICROTIK

Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring & troubleshooting of the network and reporting.
- Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues, & Scheduling.
- Good hands-on knowledge in BGP configuration, static routing, NAT, STP, VLANs, End-User Bandwidth Shaping using Mikrotik etc.
- Good working knowledge on network topologies, equipment, protocols & services (eg. routers, switches, OLT)
- Collaborating with NOC and the system support team to ensure the company’s efficient service.
- Tier-1 & Tier-2 support for customers (ISPs)
- Intending to participate in on-site support at CPE
- Customer solution/requirement assessment
- Skilled in Mikrotik device administration
- will get preference for who know Cisco/Juniper/Huawei
- Good working knowledge and understanding of prevailing CDN services and technologies.
