Responsibilities & Context
- Design and promote holiday packages for destinations including India, Nepal, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka.
- Manage ticket reservations, Air ticketing processes and Hotel Booking World wide.
- Assist clients with tourist visa applications, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all documentation.
- Work closely with travel agencies, airlines, and other service providers to deliver seamless travel solutions.

- Response to Costumers Call, SMS, Facebook message, WhatsApp and others Communication services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel packages, deals, and services.
- Public relation developments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Making Package Details with Itinerary Need to active online.
- Maintaining good communication and build a strong relation with partners.
