You’ll provide expert guidance, manage the application process, and liaise with embassies to secure approvals.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire visa application process for popular tourist destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, etc.)
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
Ensure all applications are completed accurately and fees are paid correctly
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite approvals and resolve issues
Conduct thorough reviews of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize success rates
Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications for documentation and reporting purposes
Handle complex visa applications and escalated cases using problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
