Additional Requirements

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.·
Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation for the assigned section.·
Oversee the operation of the assigned kitchen section (e.g., grill, pastry, cold kitchen).·
Manage daily mise en place and ensure readiness for service.·
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during service hours.·
Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen assistants in the section.·
Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.·
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance.·
Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate replenishment needs.·
Minimize food wastage through proper storage and portion control.·
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.·
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.·
Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly.·
Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.·
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.·
Provide input for improving processes and efficiency in the kitchen.
