Responsibilities & Context

Sea Perl Hospitality Group is seeking skilled and personable Fine Dining Waiters to deliver an exceptional dining experience in our new luxury restaurant. The ideal candidates will bring extensive knowledge of fine dining service standards, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide personalized guest experiences.

Greeting guests: Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables
Presenting menus: Offering recommendations and presenting menus to guests
Taking orders: Taking orders from guests, including special requests
Serving food and drinks: Ensuring food is served at the proper temperature and that drinks are maintained and operated
Ensuring guest satisfaction: Providing exceptional customer service and working with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Maintaining a polished appearance: Maintaining a positive demeanor and polished appearance
Memorizing the menu: Memorizing the menu, specials, and wine list to answer questions and make recommendations
Managing service requests: Managing service requests from guests and informing team members of guest needs
