Job Circular: Dy. Manager/ Asst. Manager-Operations

Overview:

RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in the Bi-cycle industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated “Dy. Manager/ Asst. Manager-Operations” to oversee and optimize our Bi-cycle operations division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OEM Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the OEM bike manufacturing process. Develop and execute operational strategies to meet partner expectations, including delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, addressing concerns, sharing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Production Planning and Execution: Oversee production schedules and allocate resources to meet OEM production targets. Optimize workflows to achieve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Track and monitor production metrics, ensuring alignment with OEM agreements.
  • Partner and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with OEM partners to align production goals with their specifications and market requirements.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures tailored to OEM standards.
  • Strategic Development: Align OEM production strategies with RFL’s long-term business goals. Identify growth opportunities in the OEM segment and recommend operational enhancements to capitalize on them. Contribute to cost optimization strategies, including process automation and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards relevant to OEM operations while promoting a culture of safety across production teams.
