Responsibilities & Context
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem-solving & and achieving attitude.
- Convert conversations into sales to meet KPI Capture orders from Facebook Messages.
- Generate Order invoices.
- Track orders to maintain smooth deliveries.
- Create Orders in a spreadsheet and upload them on the delivery Portal.
- Analyze online customer trends and report them to management.
