Technical Skills:

7+ years of hands-on experience in ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Solid understanding of MLOps, containerisation (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with data pipelines, distributed systems, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Context

Model Development & Deployment: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance machine learning models, ensuring scalability and real-time performance.
Build efficient data pipelines and ensure smooth deployment into production environments.
Algorithm & Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning.
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge algorithms, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve solution performance and reliability.
Data Pipeline & Infrastructure: Design and optimize robust data pipelines to handle large-scale, high-throughput data processing.
Implement CI/CD best practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline model development and deployment. Ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability by continually monitoring, profiling, and optimizing model and pipeline performance.
Performance Optimization & Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and logging systems for model performance to drive continuous improvement.
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring models meet quality, reliability, and latency targets.
