- Must have sufficient knowledge in LAND LAW & CIVIL LAW and other related activities.
- Preferable for Survey Knowledge.
- Much Preferable for job-experience from Land-/Real estate /asset based Company.
- Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English.
- Job Location:North/South Bengal Districts in Bangladesh.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
- In-depth knowledge of land purchase and its current issues preferable.
- Sound knowledge in English & Computer (MS Word, MS Excel).
Responsibilities & Context
- Vetting of land documents, finding flaws and providing opinion regarding purchase of land or agreement related to landowner.
- Maintaining record of land documents.
- Drafting different types of agreements i.e MOU, development agreement, irrevocable power of attorney, deed of sale etc.
- Ensuring execution of all works of law related procedures of law department.
- To meet with landowners, lawyers regarding land issues.
- To maintain cordial communication with concern government offices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information·
- Handling LAND LAW & CIVIL LAW and other related activities.
- Providing legal opinion on different issues including land & company matters.
- Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.
