  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our employees’ growth and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Design and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing issues and concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems and support employee evaluations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR policies.
