Experience

Additional Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, lumion and other relevant design tools.
• Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Design and draft architectural plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized design solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and practical.
• Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using design software.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any design-related issues.
• Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
