Reliance Trim Park Limited seeks a skilled Production Manager to lead our offset printing section. This role involves overseeing production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations. • Oversee and manage the offset printing production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet schedules and targets.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all printed materials.
• Plan and schedule production to optimize output and minimize downtime.
• Manage raw materials and consumables to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure proper maintenance of offset printing machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Implement measures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and quality assurance teams to meet customer requirements.
• Prepared and presented production performance reports to senior management.
