Job Context: One Direction Companies Limited is seeking a skilled and innovative Production Process Engineer – Luggage & Bags to oversee and optimize the production process of high-quality luggage and bag products. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, quality and compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement in production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize production processes for luggage and bag manufacturing to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
• Analyze production workflow and identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and sourcing teams to align production processes with product specifications.
• Monitor and control production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and meeting production targets.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies to enhance production quality.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet company and industry standards.
• Train and guide production staff to ensure adherence to safety, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular audits of production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports on production performance and present recommendations for process improvement.
