Additional Requirements

7–10 years of experience in forming production, preferably in glassware manufacturing.
Expertise in float glass tempering, glassware forming, and mechanical maintenance.
Hands-on experience with PLC systems, forming machinery, and production optimization techniques.

Develop and implement production schedules to achieve optimal efficiency in the forming process.
Ensure production activities align with quality standards and company goals.
Oversee forming machine operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor and adjust the gob feeding machine setup and performance.

Inspect production samples to ensure conformance to specifications through visual checks and measurement tools like scale and gauges.
Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Supervise and monitor maintenance activities for forming machines, molds, and other production equipment.
Ensure preventive and routine maintenance schedules are effectively executed.
Monitor forehearth temperature and furnace parameters for efficient forming.
Adjust PLC parameters for press, robotic take-out, fire polishing, and annealing lehr to optimize production.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and submit requisitions when necessary.
Organize the repair and maintenance of production equipment.
Develop strategies to reduce production costs while maintaining product quality.
Prepare periodic production reports for management analysis and decision-making.
Supervise worker performance, provide feedback, and arrange training programs to enhance their skills.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.
Collaborate with the Mixing Department, Furnace Department, and Sales Team to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment of production processes.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
