Education

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
  • MBA / M. Com in marketing will be preferable from reputed Institute.

Experience

  • At least 8 years

  • Age at least 35 years
  • At least 8 years in respecting fields
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to properly handle and lead team members all over the country.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales of mobile handsets.
  • Should be capable of managing Business independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
  • Good skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point Applications.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks under pressure meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to travel frequently all over the country.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

AMIGO ALLIENCE BD designs and manufactures affordable, elegant, and innovative mobile devices (migo & Enix Mobile) and accessories nationally. Candidate with experience in mobile devices and accessories sales will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to strong leadership and teamwork to achieve business goals.
  • Developing a market for mobile and accessories products all over Bangladesh.
  • To play role as Sales & Marketing Manager of the Company.
  • To monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their performances.
  • To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
  • To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity and Expansion of the Company.
  • Collecting, compiling and sharing market intelligence report to the Management.
  • To play sales administrative roles (KPI, Bills, Attendance, Leave etc.) of the Company.
  • To prepare sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business needs of the Company.
  • To prepare annual budget, formulate policy for implementation and ensure appropriate monitoring on action plan with a view to achieving assigned sales target.
  • To ensure appropriate monitoring on promotional activities of the Company.
  • To set guideline for optimum sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their skills.
  • To analyze periodical sales, market share of our competitors and find out the ways & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability.
  • To promote new products to the targeted clients and generate demands through new coverage.
  • To review Sales on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit all reports to the Head of the Department.
  • To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
