Responsibilities & Context

• Sale and marketing Real Estate, Housing and property projects of company.
• Drive sales of properties, housing units, plots and shares to meet company revenue targets. Identify and approach potential clients, corporate partners and investors through various channels.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer demands in the real estate sectors.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to execute best result from campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and stake holders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, marketing materials, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
