Additional Requirements

• Minimum10 years’ experience working in a Rice Bran refinery plant.
• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and procedures
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and regulate refinery processes, including temperature, pressure, flow rate, and chemical composition.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions and process disturbances.
• Collect and analyze data from process control systems to ensure optimal refinery performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document and maintain accurate records of refinery operations and maintenance activities.
