Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We’re searching for an Executive – Corporate Business Development, Diagnostics to join our dynamic Healthcare brand Gulshan Clinic Ltd. Diagnostics. This role is integral to cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with top neurology centers, Integrated Diagnostic Networks, and health systems. The successful candidate will understand and be responsible for business development, and strategic relationship management, driving towards realization of the diagnostic revenue goals for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, hospitals, and healthcare organizations for diagnostic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
• Act as the primary contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and corporate packages.
• Promote Gulshan Clinic Ltd.’s diagnostic and molecular testing services to corporate clients.
• Organize corporate health check-up campaigns, wellness programs, and medical screening events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (laboratory, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements for better customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and contract management for corporate partnerships.
• Maintain records of corporate engagements, agreements, and revenue generation.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on corporate business progress.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
