Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop creative and innovative menus for the restaurant and catering services.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Control food costs, wastage, and ensure efficient inventory management.
Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute catering events (corporate, weddings, social gatherings, etc.).
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Introduce new recipes and keep up with current food trends.
