Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and execute corporate sales targets and lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risk.
- Support the Head of Corporate Business in executing the corporate sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
