Additional Requirements

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Ensure proper market penetration and increase product visibility.
Conduct field visits to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers to promote company products.
Organize promotional activities such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain close communication with existing clients and resolve their queries effectively.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for product/service improvements.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize sales.
Assist in pricing strategies and promotional offers to enhance product sales.
Ensure proper stock availability at distributor and retailer levels.
Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights to the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policies.
