Strong presentation and demonstration skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Conduct regular visits to various sites, including commercial and residential locations, to identify potential HVAC sales opportunities
Proactively engage with contractors, builders, and property owners to understand their HVAC needs and promote our products and services
Perform on-site assessments to evaluate the HVAC requirements of potential clients
Maintain detailed records of site visits, client interactions, and potential leads
Work closely with the overall sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights
Participate in sales meetings to discuss site-specific challenges and successes
Perform any official task as assigned by concerned managing panel
