Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Executive IT Specialist to lead and oversee all operations within the Information Technology (IT) department and troubleshoot technical issues, manage networks, support applications, and drive digital transformation with cost-effective solutions.

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: (9.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT operations, including troubleshooting network, hardware, and device issues.
Provide support for in-house software issues and 3rd party applications.
Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
Monitor and maintain seamless internet and data connectivity with effective bandwidth management.
Plan and execute network solutions across different project durations.
Prepare and monitor IT budgets, aligning with organizational goals.
Maintain updated IT-related documentation and provide basic IT training and guidance to users.
Research and plan for the adoption of new technologies, driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization
