Leading Tent Manufacturing group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Executive for its Industrial Engineering Department. The candidate must have minimum 01-02 years working experience in respective field.
Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest immediate corrective actions.
Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to the planned production targets.
Maintain and update standard minute value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.
Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movements and improve productivity.
Ensure effective line balancing to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.
Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvement.
Regularly evaluate operator performance and suggest necessary training or upskilling.
Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
Support floor management in achieving KPIs such as efficacy, DHU, and output targets.
