Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a talented Multi-Cuisine Chef with expertise in Bengali, Russian, Chinese, Indian and other international cuisines to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create authentic and innovative dishes across multiple culinary traditions while providing exceptional à la carte service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute a diverse menu featuring authentic dishes from various cuisines
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development for multi-cuisine offerings
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations and workflow
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage food inventory and minimize waste
• Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques
