Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must know about Design Principal, Colour Theory, Typography, Layout and Composition and Grid systems.
• Develop user flows with FigJam or similar tools to map the whole user experience for any product to be designed
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of design projects from concept to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio or design examples on platforms like Behance or Dribbble to showcase your design capabilities..

Responsibilities & Context

• User-Centered Design: Develop intuitive, user-centered designs that meet the needs of our users. Conduct user research, create user personas, and map out user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Ensure designs are aligned with the product vision and user requirements.
• Modern Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with modern design trends and tools. Research and implement the latest design techniques to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and visually appealing.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand technical constraints, and ensure that the final product meets both user needs and business goals.
• Design System Development: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms, making it easier for the development team to implement designs efficiently.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback, iterate on designs, and continually improve the overall user experience.
• Design Leadership: As our dedicated UI/UX professional, you will lead by example, setting high standards for design quality and driving the overall design strategy within the company.
