  • Sales visit in assigned area (Division / District wise).
  • Target planning and achievement.Market assessment, analysis & strategy execution ability.
  • Day-to-Day reporting to authority.
  • Exposure to the 2W/3W/LCV/HCV/Passenger car / Auto mobileĀ  spare parts /Tyre/Tube/Bearing segment will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of products – 2W/3W/LCV/HCV/Passenger car / Auto mobileĀ  spare parts/Tyre/Tube/Bearing.
  • Well-versed with MS Excel applications.
  • Knowledge of 2W /3W spare parts/ Automobile/Lubricants functioning and related parts is a must.

Responsibilities & Context

As a group of companies, we want to hire individuals who are experienced and capable in the Automobile, Spare parts, Tyre, Chemical, Rubber or Polymer, Lubricants, Paints and Bearing industries.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets coordinating with dealers.
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing proper guidance & collect sales order.
  • Proven track of successful sales record.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
  • Work closely with dealers/customers to ensure on-time credit realization.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers to ensure customer retention.
  • Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
  • Collect necessary market information & prepare monthly report.
  • Update product specifications, features, benefits to the target customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients & recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
