Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations (attendance, leave, legal, safety, etc.)
- Draft and circulate HR documents (office notes, orders, circulars)
- Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs & conduct interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding & offboarding Execute payroll, increments, bonuses & appraisal processes
- Maintain employee records & handle final settlements Support cross-functional salary disbursements
- Perform additional HR tasks as assigned
