Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift, Narayanganj)
📍 Location: Narayanganj(Chashara)
🕗 Shift: Night (8 PM – 5 AM)
💰 Salary: Hourly basis with paid leave and other policy after one month of training(paid).

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Narayanganj. If you’re fluent in English, passionate about helping others, and comfortable working night shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
-Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (must)
-O/A Level background preferred
-0–2 years of experience in customer service or similar role (freshers are welcome!)
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
-Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or callResolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction
-Logging interactions and reporting issues to the supervisor
-Working collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience
