Responsibilities & Context

Chinese Customer Support Executive (Chinese, Night Shift, Narayanganj)

Location: Narayanganj (Chashara)

Shift: Night (8 PM – 5 AM)

Salary: Hourly basis with paid leave and other policy after one month of training(paid).

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Narayanganj. If you’re fluent in Chinese and English, passionate about helping others, and comfortable working night shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:·

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or call Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction·
• Logging interactions and reporting issues to the supervisor·
• Working collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience
