O- Level, A- Level is preferable.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Good Band Score in IELTS (Minimum 6.0) will get extra advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English is a must.
Experience handling overseas clients will be a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with diverse international clients.
Prior experience in email handling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Full-time (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞

Act as the primary point of contact for our overseas clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
Monitor and give follow-up on our foreign employee’s activities
clients professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to overseas clients.
Onboarding new clients & contractors on a regular basis
Hunt for contractors on a regular basis.
Loan Type Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various foreclosed property preservation loan types and their specific requirements.
