Fresher’s: Smart, well-mannered, eager to learn.

Experienced (1–2 years): Prior experience in restaurants, coffee lounges, or similar settings preferred.

Prior work in hospitality, retail, brand promotions, or trade fairs is a plus

Handle ticket sales, validations, and ensure efficient queue management with accurate reporting and staff coordination.
Oversee guest flow at entry/exit points, ensuring smooth movement, safety, and coordination with security teams.
Supervise F&B counters for service quality, hygiene, and inventory management.
Resolve guest queries, uphold service standards, and gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in assigned area and maintain service flow during customer interaction.
Respond to customer queries and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards at all times.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting a welcoming environment and contributing to a positive movie going experience.
