Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 36 years
B.Sc. degree in any discipline (technical or science background preferred). Experience with audio visual projection system, digital cinema projection systems (DCPs) and/or traditional film projectors.
Basic understanding of audio-visual systems and IT troubleshooting.
Previous experience in audio visual projection or cinema projection or related technical roles is preferred.
Familiarity with different file formats, aspect ratios, and cinema technologies. · Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work under pressure with calm and patience.
The role requires shift work in rotatory policy in late evenings, weekends and holidays as per the schedules and regulations of the organization.
Quick problem-solving ability, good communication and team work skills.
Good physical fitness as the role may require handling of projection equipment at times and stairs climbing to projection booths.
Responsibilities & Context
Handle film loading in digital formats and new formats of cinema projection.
Schedule and load films, digital content, trailers, and advertisements as per the approval schedules and timelines set by the department head and the management.
Monitor screening schedules and coordinate with cinema operation team for smooth show transitions.
Operate digital and/or film projection systems for scheduled screenings.
Ensure audio-visual quality, including correct picture alignment, sound levels, and aspect ratio.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of projection and audio equipment.
Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and screenings.
Conduct pre-show checks to ensure the technical setup meets required standards.
Monitor screenings for technical issues and take proactive corrective actions promptly.

Work closely with cinema operation management and other teams to ensure smooth operational implementation.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve critical technical issues.
