Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
- Analysis of the sales report hourly, daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
- To be an expert in Sales excellence principles across various channels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (both business & IT) to align strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and resources.
- Develop hands-on knowledge of the Sales Excellence tool being used in PRAN.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Sales Excellence tools.
- Manages requests and escalations and provides inputs as needed, etc.
