Education

• Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management

• Minimum Master’s in any discipline.
• Preferably an MBA in Marketing or Management from any reputed university.

Experience

• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at any reputed organization.
• The applicant with extensive experience in marketing at a large manufacturing company will be given priority.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationship.
• Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
• Organizing and time management skills.

Job Description / Responsiblity

• Build new client relationships and visit them regularly to increase sales.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with current and prospective clients.
• Analyze market trends and report insights to the concerned authority when needed.
• Prepare a monthly market visit plan, identify new market opportunities, and search for potential clients.
• Analyze market trends and inform the concerned authority when required.
• Proactively handle additional duties as assigned by management to contribute to team success.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Negotiable (Approx. Salary Range: 20000-30000)
