Responsibilities & Context

• Operate and monitor the forming equipment to shape biscuits according to production requirements.
• Adjust machine settings for different biscuit shapes and sizes.
• Inspect formed biscuits for defects and ensure consistency in shape and size.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of forming equipment.
• Monitor dough feed and ensure smooth operation of the forming line.
• Record production data and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Follow safety, quality, and hygiene standards during operations.
• Any other kind of task that management may require to be done
