Responsibilities & Context

• Supervising day-to-day anodizing operations, including pre-treatment, anodizing, coloring, sealing, and racking/unracking.
• Monitor anodizing machine equipment and process parameters; escalate issues as needed.
• Help train and guide operators and technicians on processes and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handling of anodizing materials, chemicals, and finished parts.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, production data, and inspection reports.
• Enforce safety and environmental procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Factory Management.
