  • Experience in the aluminum extrusion industry are highly desired.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in anodizing or surface treatment processes, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of anodizing processes, including cleaning, anodizing, coloring, and sealing. Proficiency in using analytical instruments and conducting chemical tests. Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards for chemical handling.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals and varying temperatures. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing laboratory work.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for In-Charge (Anodizing) & Supervisor (Anodizing) for our Aluminum Factory.

The Anodizing In-charge & Supervisor in the Production Department will be responsible for overseeing the entire anodizing process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality surface treatment of aluminum profiles. This role requires a deep understanding of anodizing processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team to meet production targets and quality standards. The Anodizing In-charge will play a critical role in maintaining the performance and reliability of the anodizing section, contributing to the overall productivity of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anodizing Process Management: Oversee the entire anodizing process, including cleaning, anodizing, coloring, and sealing of aluminum profiles.
  • Ensure process parameters, such as temperature, current density, and chemical concentrations, are maintained within specified ranges.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of anodizing operators, technicians, and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge of anodizing processes and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of anodized profiles, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve any quality issues related to the anodizing process.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs. Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize the anodizing process.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of anodizing equipment, such as rectifiers, tanks, and conveyors.
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all anodizing operations comply with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the anodizing team.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of chemicals and supplies used in the anodizing process, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
  • Monitor chemical usage and implement measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of anodizing activities, including process parameters, quality test results, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, quality issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production in-charges, engineers, and quality control personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow instructions from senior management and contribute to a positive team environment.
