8 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Poultry, Cattle and Fish feed.
The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 7 years.

Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
Manage and enhance the company’s brand positioning across multiple channels (online and offline).
Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities.
Oversee the preparation of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, advertising agencies, and strategic partners.
Guide and mentor the marketing team; set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated.
Lead market research and customer feedback programs to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
