  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience in digital content creation (copywriting, photography, video editing) and a good eye for visual design.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in using data to optimize campaigns (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools).
  • Knowledge of motorcycle culture and community engagement is a plus, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the two-wheeler space.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To manage and drive digital marketing initiatives for the motorcycle brand, enhancing online presence, engagement, and conversion.
  • This role will involve planning and executing digital campaigns, optimizing online channels, and using data-driven insights to improve digital performance across various platforms.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that promote motorcycle products, events, and brand initiatives across digital channels (social media, search, email, website, etc.).
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), influencer partnerships, and display networks.
  • Oversee content creation and manage the content calendar for digital channels, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and customer journey insights to optimize digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce digital assets (videos, banners, social media posts) that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Optimize the motorcycle brand’s website for SEO, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with best practices.
  • Lead community management efforts on social media platforms, engaging with fans, enthusiasts, and customers through relevant, authentic conversations.
  • Work with the e-commerce team to integrate digital marketing with online sales channels, driving conversions and improving user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, with a focus on the automotive and motorcycle industry.
