• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Other MS Office tools.
• Highly organized, detail – oriented, and efficient under pressure
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and client first approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete visa application process for major travel destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries, etc.)
• Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
• Ensure all applications are error-free, submitted on time and processed efficiently
• Communicate effectively with embassies, consulates and visa application centers to trace progress and resolve issues
• Conduce detailed reviews of applications and supporting documents to maximize approval success rates.
• Maintain organized records and reports of all visa cases
• Handle complex cases with critical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail
