Responsibilities & Context

Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country is looking for honest, dynamic and experienced Sales Team (TSO/ TSM/ ASM/ RSM) for the business of –

• Milk
• Dry Food
• Frozen Food

Responsibility:

• Monitoring and supervising sales force for achieving the target.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Monitoring market trend and competitors activities & reporting accordingly.
• Ensuring promotional activities executed properly.
• Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.
• Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
• Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
• Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the management/superior.
