We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract individual guests, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and other hospitality partners.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to enhance brand visibility and occupancy rates.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
• Oversee the resort’s social media presence and coordinate with creative teams for content and branding.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the resort.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
