Responsibilities & Context

• Properly maintain Vat books and timely submission of VAT Return
• Maintain Separate Tally for Vat & Tax (Including proper documentation)
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions in software and hard copy documents
• Ensure accuracy in payments and all financial aspects of managing Company’s supply chain
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes for consolidated financial reporting
• Stay informed and execution about changes in taxation laws, and financial reporting regulations
• Collaborate with other departments such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting related to their activities and transactions
• Prepare all kind of payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
• Overview Stock movement and adjustment in Accounts
• Control Fund Management
• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Actual Financial Statements preparation
• Various MIS report preparation
