Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• FCA / ACA from ICAB·
• Additional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA are a plus·
• Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 12 to 16 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, ISP, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 38 to 47 years

• Experience in ISP, telecom, technology, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable·
• Proven track record in managing finances of public listed companies in Bangladesh
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking·
• Expertise in IFRS, BSEC, NBR, VAT laws, and Companies Act·
• Financial modeling, capital structuring, and valuation experience·
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills·
• Proficiency in ERP and digital finance tools·
• Ethical, transparent, and compliance-oriented mindset

Responsibilities & Context

As CFO, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of Agni’s financial operations. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, investment strategy, risk management, and financial planning to ensure continued profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance & Accounts department and oversee all financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
• Support strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and capital expansion.
