Summary

Responsibilities:

Develop 2D and 3D design plans, including working drawings, layout design, technical specifications & BOQ.
Manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas.
Stay goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond the 9-to-5.
Experience:
At least 2 years.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)/Civil.
Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Passion for sustainable design and functional, innovative solutions.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (with 3D rendering & working drawing skills).
Experience in preparing accurate working drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with contractors.
Additional Information:
Probation Period: 3 months
