Requirements

Education

Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering.

Experience

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Male

3–5 years of relevant experience.

Should be sincere, punctual and well-mannered.

Strong supervisory and team-management capability.

Ability to handle production operations in a shift environment.

Practical knowledge of injection moulding machine operation will be advantageous.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Supervise and control the daily production shift activities.

Monitor injection moulding machine operation and meet production targets.

Ensure proper machine setup, shifting, handling and smooth operation.

Monitor injection quality, including weekly performance and material consumption.

Ensure workers follow all applicable safety rules, PPE requirements and SOPs.

Take immediate and appropriate action in case of machine breakdowns, quality problems and production delays.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Monitor overall shift activities to ensure production targets and operational requirements are achieved.
