Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience
- 6 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Lead and implement process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Ensure alignment of SOPs with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of QMS aligned with customer standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits and facilitate external customer inspections.
- Ensure garment quality at every stage by aligning with QC protocols and buyer requirements.
